Feasting on the niger seeds

These goldfinches spend ages perched on the niger seed feeder.  now see When I zoomed in I could see that there were stuffing their beaks full of them.  I took this picture inside my lounge  by a few feet and through the glass, so I was moderately please with them.  I had intended to use the first clematis of the season when the birds arrived!  (see extra - its called Niobe)
