Keep Dancing!

Well, our new dance artist arrived today.  She is Abby and she has taught adults for years. Also she has taught older dancers. ( There is a difference!)


For the first time ever we have a teacher who asked at the start if there were any injuries she ought to know about.   
And half the class reported some long term problems (hips, knees etc.).
