Abide With Me

Brixham, Devon.The church in the picture is All Saints Church. The Revd Henry Francis Lyte ( 1793 -1847) was the vicar here. He wrote Praise My Soul, the King of Heaven, and Abide With Me. Each evening at 8pm the church bells play the tune of the cup final anthem. We were looking for swifts near Grenville House. We saw at least 5, so they have returned, It  was raining.
