Early morning light

This morning we went for an early game drive...the light is at its best at this time. This is a Red Hartebees, a rather strange looking antelope. We saw large herds of them.
I fetched Oscar from the hospital today..so good to have him home. He gave us such a fright - the vet thinks he had a spider bite on his head resulting in a huge abscess which poisoned his system. After four days in hospital on a drip he is looking good, but he may also have a kidney problem which has to be watched.
