There aren't words

to describe how utterly delicious this is. Rhubarb gin, made with rhubarb from my lovely allotment. I've only had the allotment since February, I started with half a plot and within 4 weeks took on another half plot. The rhubarb was already there and well established, and to be honest I wasn't that fussed about it until I began searching rhubarb recipes. First I made a rhubarb and custard cake which is frighteningly moreish , I don't even have a sweet tooth, but it went down so well with friends and family that I ended up making 3 cakes in 9 days. But that was before I discovered the gin recipe ... there are no words, you must try it : )
