Dereliction With Art

This is in Manchester and qualifies in that it is extremely derelict & seems to have served numerous functions for many years .As often happens the pigeons now see it as a Des Res. It comes with it's own wall art to one side and modern architecture to the other.Hope to find out the age. It's stood a lot and, given money, I 'd love to build a Town House  from within. Doubt that little of the modern stuff will be around in  a fraction of the time.
