An Evening wth Kris Drever and TT

It's not often I get invited out for a bite to eat and an evening's entertainment by a young lady (obviously with the exception of Mrs B) so when ScottishGirl (or TT as she's affectionately known) asked her old uncle if I'd liked to go see Kris Drever at the Queen's Hall in Edinburgh I jumped at the chance.

For those of you that aren't familiar with his work, Kris has just won  Folk Singer of The Year and Best Original Track 2017 at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards, there's links below to samples of his work.

Not happy at being a successful Scottish folk artist in his own right he's also part of the group Lau which has a huge following and will be playing Edinburgh later in the year :-))
