Another Day, Another Flower, Another Bonus Insect

For the first time in ages, I woke up with a bit of a dizzy turn (literally, as it happens) so I've had a fairly quiet day, apart from a gentle few lengths of the outdoor pool, which I've found seems to help recover my balance and seemed to do the trick by late afternoon.

Consequently, not much opportunity for blips so it's one of the fuschias we planted yesterday and another photo bombing insect, I'm afraid
