what it is called, I've always been told it is a 'castor oil' plant, it grows on our farmers field.

Had a long 'discussion' with mum about her swollen ankles, told her to get her feet measured and buy some decent shoes, not the cheap things that she normally wears, tried to explain that cheap shoes are made for people with slim feet, the fact that she has to buy a size bigger to get the width then they are too big length ways was hard work, she won't change.

I had some 'me' time today, golf, then a manicure.
