MonoMonday174 Peggy Sue

Well it's a mono image but that's about the only part of SkiMe's brief for today's MM challenge that I've fulfilled.  Some days are just like that.
Poor little Violet's chest cold is so bad that she was unable to go to nursery today, which is where we are required to step in.  Thanks to daughter #1 Mr MC and I  were able to visit the garden centre quickly this morning and Mr MC played golf this afternoon.  Violet's daddy took her to the doctor and antibiotics were prescribed.  Hopefully, they'll do the trick quickly.

The weather was fine and sunny today and I recorded a temperature of 31°C  in my car.  We were able to fling open the living room windows which always delights the cats: this shot is of Peggy Sue sitting outside on the sill, enjoying the sunshine.
