Was at the worlds most boring course today. This is how it started:

No joke, nearly choked, slow death by powerpoint!

Eventually, I mean at slide 84, I had to start sucking in large intakes of air through my nostrils just to stay awake.

Had to go out on the bike to rejuvenate myself - went to the wind farm, lot of tracks.
