Good posture is so important!

This is Rafi in his pit playing on his x-box. He spends far too long in there, and this needs to change. I know there are plenty of other things he could be doing, but he is always drawn back to it. Confiscation might be the only solution!
Took Mum to her pre-op appointment today which went OK except her blood pressure is sky high.
Might be 'white coat syndrome' but if it doesn't come down her spinal operation will be delayed AGAIN and she's desperate to have it done as it's really limiting what she can do (and she's hopeless to go shopping with because she has to keep sitting down!).
