Hammock view

Constant testing of the hammock required as one never knows if the rope is becoming untied of the like. It is also beginning to get hot so the shade of the mulberry tree is welcome - more welcome than the wasps it will attract when it fruits later this year.
An old colleague we bumped into at Wellington a fortnight back, came around for dinner with his partner and two-month West Highland 
terrier.
As ever the language was changing fluidly (certainly not fluently in my case sadly) from French to English and back, probably more fluidly as the wine started to take effect. A good evening.
