Mono Monday: Week 174 .......

A Running Dialogue. 


Peanuts are out and camera's on the tripod.

Bluejay ... here he comes ... took peanuts from wrong side ... squirrel comes next.

Need to fix tripod .. another squirrel ... Damn it! I missed the shot!

Spot Blue Jay again ... waiting ... there he is ... got him!  Don't like the background ... set up shot again after moving things around ... wait.

Hopefully he'll come back as I like this set up better ....

Phone rings ... Damn!  Telemarketer ... hang up.

Wait again ... squirrel's coming over ... takes some peanuts ... would rather have Blue Jay. 

Looking, looking ... will he come back?

I look at pictures already taken ... squirrel shot not too bad.  Blue Jay picture good too, but hate back ground. 

See black stray cat ... chase her off.  Wait some more.  "C'mon Blue Jay" ... Grackle comes down for peanuts .... also see male Cardinal on feeder ... "will he come over?"

Wasting more time ....

Another squirrel ... Damn missed again!

Adjust focal length ... might be better ... I don't think Blue Jay is coming back ... Squirrel ... Grackle ... Squirrel ... Grackles are spooked by open door with me inside ... Grackle is back ... and Catbird.

Raining harder ... adjust ISO up ... wait.

Grackles ... nice contrast in B&W .... blip done.
