Frank and his way out hair!!

The start of yard duty for Frank, bless him. He can't go out in the paddock for long as the grass is to rich at this time of year so he either spends the morning here or the afternoon. We always make sure he has a pal with him, in the form of a goat or pony.

Well I didn't stop today, gym first thing, followed by a little run in the woods, trying to get back the miles I have a half marathon booked for Dec, I have plenty of time at the moment I know. Came home walked the stir crazy dogs and then tidied up, weeded the garden and cleaned out the animals.

I think the title should read no rest for the wicked!!
