Southend has a serious homelessness problem.

One of the council's latest "solutions" is to board up a derelict block just off the High Street where people were sleeping rough. They've even had a seaside mural painted on their handiwork.

Now some street art has been added to one of the bare panels (Extra). The version in this blip appeared recently on the seafront.
