Badminton

Busy day at work. Next week is looking busy too. At one point today, it looked like I might be in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Perth in one week, but that's down to just Edinburgh now.

Dug out the sports gear tonight for my first badminton session. Haven't played for years, but it was good fun. Tagged along with Amy who knows the guy who runs the club in Fortrose. Played four or five games - some great shots (either that or my opponents were being nice), and some great fresh-air swipes! I'm bound to be sore tomorrow after stretching in ways I don't normally stretch.
