Wildlife?

This was taken during rounds at The Wildlife Center of Virginia. The dog is Kumba, whose person is Dr. Ernesto. He's the Hospital Director and one of the veterinarians. He's also from Mexico. I first met him when he came as a student a few years ago, and then he came back again, and now he's back as permanent staff - and since the previous head vet left, he's in charge! Anyhoo, Kumba is his dog, and he spends the day under Ernesto's desk. But today he came wandering out during rounds and climbed into Emily's lap. Emily is another staff member - she's the Veterinary Technician Intern. Kumba seems to be very fond of her! She was rubbing his tummy and he was licking her chin. Very cute.
