Aristotle's Lantern

Have found a couple of these lately - The dental apparatus of a sea urchin.  They have some serious teeth!!

Whilst Gorgeous was busy chasing the lawn mower around...and around the garden (It's not been cut in a while!) I pottered in the sunshine and then took off into town to sort out a few things...Includinf collecting a second hand road bike to trial.

Home for walkies at Skaill, scampering north and avoiding the crowds spilling on to the beach from Skara Brae.

Time for a quick ride on the bikes before dinner and now we have a brief pause before heading out to a wedding reception.
