I thought that I'd got my blip for the day. I took a photo of my postal vote ballot paper before I filled it in and posted it (I'll be on holiday for the election). North Shropshire has been held by the Tories for it's entire existence so Owen Patterson is very unlikely to be ousted this time. Even though it's unlikely tomake a difference, I always vote as it was hard fought for by the suffragettes and others so I greatly value that democratic right.

I was about to upload the photo when it occurred to me that I might fall foul of the copyright rules. To beon the safe side I dashed down to the castle and grabbed an emergency blip of the pub before it got too dark.
