Then and Now

In 1956 there were two totally unrelated events.
A small boy living on the fringes of London was in school and a school photographer took his picture.
A farmer in mid-Sweden had a garage built for his car. The builders used different colours of rendering to place the date upon the garage, in rather stylish numbering.
61 years later, in 2017, a blipper, who was once the small boy, now living in the village with the garage, bought these two disparate events together to produce a portrait as part of the EP7 challenge.
