"Carmel Apple" lady

I have no idea what these delicious little tart/sweet treats are called....but YUMMY! Reminds me of a carmel apple but better. The apples are small and tart and the coating, not sure either, but sweet...a lovely tasty treat, and I love this lady...she just lit up and I asked if I could take her picture.
