Kilmacduagh Round Tower

which stands in the monastic settlement located near Gort, Co. Galway.

Just home from a terrific break in North Clare with some friends.  The scenery, the food, the music (Connollys of Kinvara), the wild flowers of the Burren, the beach at Fanore, New Quay, the Flaggy Shore, Ballyvaughan.

(not forgetting Father Ted's House at Craggy Island)  ah go wan !

The crack was 90 and there was much talking and laughing.
