The vulture and/or other predator eaten goat carcass brought to mind the Stones album "Goat's Head Soup", and its "Angie". We were just left wondering how the carcass had got to the shore - did the farmer just abandon the dead goat there - or had it got lost and got attacked there - or what? The Cretan shores are full of surprises and also mysteries.
