It Left On Time

Despite my doubts yesterday that it wouldn't sail because of the forecast the Statsraad set off on time. Four hours later I note that it is heading due east at 8 knots - it will take a age to get to Bergen at that rate.

The Norwegian and Shetland flags can be see flying from the masts.

It did at least brighten up a very grey, wet and windy day with the highest gusts still to come.
