Bread And Spread

Today was one of those (fairly rare) occasions when my breadmaking didn't work out as I had hoped. My rosemary, garlic and coriander foccacia stuck to the bottom of the tin (probably not enough olive oil) and fell apart when I tried to prise it out. Still, with a bit of spread, cold chicken and a tomato on top, you'd never really know - and it tasted just as good.
