Life in Newburgh on Ythan

A wee bullock

Growing Bonsai trees is one thing, growing Bonsai bullocks is a totally different kettle of fish!

The extra is from yesterday's flying visit to the Kelvingrove Museum in Glasgow. Hanging from the roof the entrance hall is a real spitfire!

Built in 1944, this Mark XXI aircraft, serial number LA198, is the last remaining Spitfire to have flown with 602 City of Glasgow Squadron, RAuxAF, and was rebuilt at the Museum of Flight at East Fortune as a lasting monument to the men from the city who served with the squadron.
