Whilst Mr MD attended his Speed Awareness Course at the Oswaldtwistle Mills Business & Conference Centre, I spent some time in the Oswaldtwistle Mills Shopping Village.    A quiet and enjoyable afternoon - with time just to myself.   In the 'Weavers Court' I spotted the Temptress Fairy Flame reduced from £499.99 to £399.99.    Is she a bargain?
