Externalising the costs

A very productive day, another 1500 words on my literature review - have a feeling it'll need some serious editing once I've added the final part - and an event on externalised costs on food and the environment at Edinburgh Uni.

Good progress is being made and lovely to (briefly) catch up with some of my fellow gastronauts that I've not seen in a while - missing our classes.
