When Yobs Have A Smashing Time

Had a very early start today .Just back and soon out again.Later this afternoon invited to an exhibition in Preston.
The above collage depicts what happens to wildlife when glass from many wine & beer glasses is left smashed to "decorate the ground " in & around the canals where a lot of drinking takes place at so called trendy bars .Watch where you put your summer clad feet in this city! One goose on the right has a hole in its webbed foot and the other on the left has a bad injury under the eye. Skin has been cut away Nasty, very nasty.So much glass and old fishing hooks are thrown in & around  the canal that they pose a threat to the birds as they dive for food. Whether you like geese or not , this is human carelessness Today geese, tomorrow the swans, cygnets and ducks. Sun in Manchester is bad news.It seems to make people go mad with glass ..... Yob mentality ..
