Enjoyed an early morning ride on the bike. At one point I was joined by some swallows. Good to get out in shorts and t-shirt and on quiet roads.

Out with Jet this afternoon. On the path by the stream met this young Thrush. He dropped his snail and fluffed himself up to appear bigger. Finally he decided retreating to the hedgerow was the best policy.
