Pastie Time

J is mentoring a person at work. They are looking to get a job in the bank once they have finished collage. She is doing an art degree and her final year exhibition started today. J and RM went after work and met up with RD. I managed to get an 8K run done and it wasn’t pretty but still I completed it and my calf held up. While we were away my new Pasties book arrive. Looking forward to making a few of them for our walking trips in the camper this year.
