Oh my poor back !!!

I am ready to layer my latest quilt which I am making for my neice S, it is the first double size quilt I have made for anyone, so I really want to get it right for her, but layering a quilt kills my back, it doesn't matter how I do it, my back always hurts, but never mind it will be worth it, xx
