Electioneering

There is a local bylaw in Edinburgh such that no political party can put a vote X on lampposts. As a result you can easily forget that there is an election campaign going on. We were in Ireland when the ‘strong and stable’ Mrs (Margaret Thatcher 2) May called a snap election hoping to get a landslide victory. In the Dean Village some don’t share her view.
