to run or not to run

that is the question.

Back home visiting my mum and despite this hip injury, i just had to get out for a run around Barcraigs reservoir. It is a ritual that I need to follow.

I nearly didn't pack my running shoes this time because of this hip flexor issue, but Zoe persuaded me otherwise. Funny enough, it feels like it has improved slightly after the run. I had a feeling that more movement might actually speed up recovery - let see how it is tomorrow.

Barcraigs was as stunning as ever, it is just a great spot to escape to.
