The Arcade

Upstairs at a well known coffee chain for some poetry readings, part of the Guernsey Literary Festival

The view out of the window is into the Arcade (aka Commercial Arcade or States Arcade), which strictly isn't an arcade as the glass roof was never installed because the 1820s project ran out of funds.
