Biennial

Today popped over to catch the preview day for the Liverpool Biennial and stayed a few hours before J9 had to call it a day.

Loved Open Eye & The Bluecoat but didn't feel it was as linked together as previously. In the past it has felt as if the whole city was participating but this just felt like a slog between unconnected venues. (But it's hard to beat the buzz of the Rapid DIY space for me.)

Anyhoo we only saw a bit of it so that's probably an unfair conclusion and can't wait to go back and see more.
