Today was Stage 6 of the Tour of Britain cycling race from Powis Castle, Welshpool to Caerphilly.

Big wheels

These professional cyclists have it easy with their accompanying support cars and teams of mechanics. Strewth, they don't even carry their own clothes in panniers or have to mend their own punctures like proper tourers. Heaven knows what they'd do if they were on a real cycling tour and stopped at lunchtime for a couple of pints and pie & chips. I'd love to see Cav try to sprint for the line after that little lot!
