After the Kyna.

Wild colour

I love seeing poppies growing on the edge of a field, implying a certain defiance in the midst of cultivation. I had taken a photo to get Arthur's Seat and the Paps of Fife, and was reasonably pleased with it. As I drove on, I saw the poppies in the car mirror, a light went on in the head, a much better photo. So back again and over the road to include the poppies.
A glorious walk in Vogrie Park after all the rain of yesterday with the rhododendrons at their best meant I had to get as many as possible in the collage.
