Rain battered poppy

I bought this poppy at the local garden centre recently mainly because I liked its name " Garden gnome ". 

It was flowering nicely but unfortunately we had continuous rain all day yesterday like much of the country and it is not looking quite so good now.

However today the rain stopped  , the sun came out and did like the colour of the Garden gnome !
