Strawberries

Strawberries where's the cream?. This is an emergency blip, been have problems with the internet not connecting for over a week. First thoughts were that it was a problem with Virgin/router, they were very good in trying to resolve the problem with an engineer visiting but to no avail. Have now discovered it down to the firewall in the Bullguard software, have found a work around to solve this problem.
