Moving more cows

A busy day today. The plan was to find and bring in all the cattle off the hill at the farm where we manage the livestock. 59 beasts to find and the idea it would take all day. We split into two groups and between us found them all and walked them home by 11.30am! So home for lunch and organise numbers so we could sort them in the afternoon. We sorted 80 cattle (there were some already home!) Into 3 groups including choosing the next generation of breeding cows going to the bull this year. Then walked this lot in the picture out to a fenced area at the far back of the farm. These are all the females not going to the bull. Then we put all the bullocks out the hill and then put the bull in with the breeding cows. Absolutely exhausted tonight with sore tired feet and legs. Fitbit says 31,417 steps today.
