A good day

As midnight strikes I'm too tired to do more than post this odd photo of the graphic explaining the results of the vote on altering the Marriage a Canon at the Synod of the Scottish Episcopal Church meeting in Edinburgh today. This makes it possible for same-sex couples to be married in church - to be like all the other people who want their union acknowledged and affirmed in their own church community.

It's been a long time, and though I myself have been involved over the years in campaigning for this, I put on record here my administration for those who have courageously done so much more.

Today was their reward, and I rejoice with them.
