Building 8: boatshed, Evans Bay Parade, Wellington

Boatsheds are permanent and impermanent. They are compact and spacious. They are close to the water, and a part of the rhythm of the tides. Some boatsheds are fancy, some are simple, and some are dilapidated.

I'd like to live in a boatshed; preferably one that's somewhere between fancy and simple.
