Flower Friday-one of a kind

This is the ONLY bloom on my huge clematis vine.   I don't know why it spends all it's energy on leaves and vines, and only produces one flower.   It did the same thing last year....so after waiting nearly a month from the time I saw the bud, I had to document this one blossom.
