Vegan Fudge

I saw this recipe on the TV last weekend & copied the ingredients & instructions on how to make this.
I have a son who is vegetarian like myself & a son who is Vegan, so I thought that at least one of them is visiting me this weekend I would have a go at making it.
Not quite like the Fudge you would usually have, but tasty all the same, as you can see I have had a small piece to try.
I like to try out new recipes. :)
