Received this beautiful handmade card following my recent promotion from my dear friend Loulou164.
She knows more than anyone how hard won this particular battle was fought. Thanks for being with me through many years of it. A new chapter... a new book a new pen. The rest is still unwritten. The oddest, most serendipitous thing is my family crest is a bumble bee sitting on a thistle, our family motto is Dulcius Ex Asperis (Sweeter after difficulties). Never a truer word said.
