Peace

It is a long weekend in Australia for the Queen's birthday (which is actually in April).
Many Australians think it's time we became a republic (and I tend to agree) but that doesn't seem to stop anyone staying home from work on Monday!
It also brings lots of visitors to the mountains which encourages us to escape to the valley.
Julia is with us this time and it's very peaceful and relaxing compared to when we have a house full which is often the case.
It's cold and wet but I like it. So snug in front of the fire and we made gluhwein tonight :-)
