TV dinner

Tonight we took a trip down to Peebles with friends to try out the Great British Menu dishes that chef Ally McGrath from Osso cooked on tv a couple of weeks ago - they've just started serving them in the restaurant.

It was a great night and this starter was inspired, don't think I've ever tasted anything quite like it before. A nice break from the research.
