Frogs

I love this place close to home known as Le Désert. It's a beautiful plot of land with trees and an elegant long pond with a rundown mansion that used to be a squat until recently. It's a great place to walk the mutt off leash.

At this time of the year, the lily pads are out, the flowers are blooming, the inserts hover in the haze of heat and an army of frogs sing in chorus their glorious guttural cheer for the summer.
